Linda S. Montes from Fresno, California serves as National Dorcas President.  Linda is the wife of Pedro Montes, minister of the First Apostolic Church in Fresno, CA and the mother of two sons Peter and Timothy.  She has been blessed by the marriage of her sons, with two daughters Jennifer and Jessica, and four wonderful grandchildren: Brooke Madison, Lincoln Peter, Jayden Sonny and Levi Jackson.  Just seven weeks after joining the Dorcas in 1972, she was elected as local treasurer. In 1977 she began to serve on a District level seventeen years of which she served as President.  It was in 2005 that she began to serve on a National level four years as Secretary and two as Vice President.

Estella Pérez from Indio, California serves as National Dorcas Secretary. Estella is the wife of assistant pastor, Albert Pérez, of the Apostolic Church of Indio, and the mother of one son, Albert Elijah, and three daughters Rebecca, Sarah Marie and Carol Ann. She has been working continuously in leadership since 1981 serving in various positions in the Local, Sector and District. In 2000 she began to serve on a District level 8 years of which she was the president.

Rita G. Cedillo from Mercedes, Texas serves as National Dorcas Treasurer. Rita is the youngest daughter of Pastor Emeritus Ramiro and Ernestina Rodriguez. She is the wife of Rufino Cedillo, Jr., minister of Mercedes Apostolic Church in Mercedes, TX. In 2003, after two years of joining the Dorcas department, she was elected as the District Vice-President. She is currently on her 5 year as the President for the Dorcas in South Texas District.
